How does billing work on the ready-to-use plan?
It is ₹499 per month for each product you use, and the first month is free. Prices here are for your information; to start, contact us and we will set everything up with you, including payment.
What if we use both Hyronova School and Hyronova Library?
The price is per product, so both together are ₹998 per month.
What does the own-system price depend on?
How complex your needs are, how many changes you want, and your cloud charges. Tell us what you need and we will send you a quote.
Where is our data kept?
On the ready-to-use plan, your data is kept on our cloud and used only to run the service for you. With your own system, it stays on your own cloud account.
How long does setup take?
On the ready-to-use plan, contact us and we set up your account; there is nothing to install. For your own system, the time depends on the changes you need; we tell you in the quote.
What support do we get?
Email us with any question or problem and we will help. Updates on the ready-to-use plan are done by us, so you always have the latest version.
Can we stop the plan later?
The ready-to-use plan is paid month by month. Contact us and we will explain how stopping works for your account.
